Feel the thoughts that are expressed
What does it sound like
How does it feel
Notice the expression on my face when I say the words I say
Notice the tone of my writing
Notice how you feel after my thoughts have been shared
Don't hear the words I say....LISTEN
Don't scan through my words in writing.....READ AND UNDERSTAND
Don't share with me the thoughts you think I want to listen to
Just pay attention and be true to yourself and your feelings
